The zipper runs smoothly, the patina is a light honey with just a few very small marks on it, there is some wrinkling where the bag bends but is not cracked, the long strap has never been used, and so it is lighter than the bag, all corners look great, hardware is not faded, canvas no flaws, the handles look great. There are no rips, cracks, or lingering odors.
